Amidst the landscape of Dobbiaco, a fresh wind is blowing: two young entrepreneurs have opened a charming bistro inside our traditional Cheese World.

Monday to Saturday: 08:00–19:00
Sunday: 08:00–18:00

The bistro is run independently and sets its own hours; during holidays and on public holidays these can differ. The bistro's own Google listing is always the reliable source.
