Terms and conditions and right of withdrawal
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of this website.
Provider and scope
The contracting party is Sennerei Drei Zinnen – Schaukäserei Gen. Landw. Ges., Via Pusteria 3c, I-39034 Dobbiaco, VAT no. 00126550219. Deviating terms of the customer do not become part of the contract unless we expressly agree to them.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Prices, shipping costs and payment
All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs within Italy are 8 euros; from an order value of 75 euros shipping is free. To Austria and Germany shipping costs are 15 euros and are waived from an order value of 95 euros. The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.
Delivery
We deliver exclusively to Italy, Austria and Germany. As these are refrigerated foods, we normally dispatch at the beginning of the week so that the goods are not in transit over the weekend. The usual delivery time within Italy is two to four working days, to Austria and Germany three to seven working days.
Right of withdrawal and its exclusion
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been removed after delivery (Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Fresh milk, cream, ricotta and refrigerated, opened or portioned cheese products fall under this exception.
Where withdrawal is permitted, please inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent by e-mail to info@sennereidreizinnen.com or by telephone. We will refund all payments received without undue delay and in any event within fourteen days of receiving your notification, using the same means of payment you used for the order.
Warranty and complaints
The statutory provisions on conformity of goods apply. Please check the shipment on receipt. Should a product arrive damaged or insufficiently chilled, please contact us within 48 hours with a photograph – we will find a solution.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we always endeavour to find an amicable solution.
Applicable law
Italian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
