We take the protection of your data seriously. This policy describes which personal data we process on this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. The basis is the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Visiting the website (server logs)
Each time the site is accessed, our hosting provider stores technically necessary access data: page requested, time, volume of data transferred, browser type and shortened IP address. These data serve exclusively for secure operation and error analysis and are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor counting
We count how often our pages are opened. Only the name of the page requested, the language, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the date and hour and – where available – the name of the referring website, for example "google.com", are stored. No cookies are set, no IP addresses are stored and no identifiers are assigned; individual people cannot be recognised from this and the data cannot be attributed to any person. A simple marker is placed in the browser for the duration of the visit only, so that the same visit is not counted more than once; it disappears when the browser window is closed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing our website to meet actual needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts and images are self-hosted
All fonts, images and scripts on this website are hosted on our own server. Visiting the pages therefore transfers no data to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties.
Contact, group and application forms
If you write to us via a form, we process the details you enter (name, e-mail address, phone number where applicable and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your details are not used for advertising and are not passed on to third parties. We delete them as soon as the enquiry has been dealt with, at the latest after two years. Application documents are kept for a maximum of six months after the procedure ends, unless you consent to longer storage.
Online shop and orders
The contents of your shopping cart are stored exclusively locally in your browser (local storage) and are not transmitted to us until you place an order. When you order, we process your order, delivery and billing data to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment data are processed exclusively by the appointed payment service provider; we do not receive complete card or account details. Invoice-related documents are retained in accordance with tax law requirements.
Zinni chatbot
Our pages provide the chatbot Zinni. Your question is processed in order to give you an answer. Please do not enter personal data in the chat – for personal matters please use the contact form, the telephone number or the e-mail address.
To improve our advice we evaluate usage exclusively anonymously: we record the number of conversations and the topic of the questions. No names, no e-mail addresses and no IP addresses are stored, and no combination with other data takes place. The evaluation serves to extend Zinni's knowledge base in a targeted way. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where an external language-model service is used to generate the answer, only the text of your question is transmitted; processing takes place on the basis of a data processing agreement.
Local storage in the browser
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only use technically necessary local storage: the contents of your shopping cart and whether you have already closed Zinni's message. These entries remain in your browser and can be deleted there at any time.
Map service
The map on the contact page is only loaded when you click on it. Before that, no data is transmitted to Google. If you load the map, the privacy terms of Google Ireland Limited apply; your IP address and usage data may be transmitted. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can avoid at any time by not loading the map.
Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact info@sennereidreizinnen.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome.
