Dobbiaco Bar Cheese
Our flagship for generations – mild, slightly sour and unmistakable.
100 % milk from the Dolomites
Since 1882 we have been processing the milk of around 120 farms around the Tre Cime – into cheese with character, right where it is produced.

New in our range
From the sweet whey produced by every wheel of cheese, something new has emerged: Zinnella, with ten per cent fruit pulp, in strawberry and apricot. Light, refreshing and, at 37 kcal per 100 ml, pleasantly easy to drink – available in the 500 ml Tetra Pak, which you will find in the chilled shelf in Dobbiaco and San Candido.
The brand ambassadors are the alpinist Simon Gietl and the former ski racer Manuela Mölgg.
Our specialities
Around twenty cheese varieties are made here – from mild to intense, all from the milk of the same farms.

At Burgweg 1 in the centre of San Candido we stock the same fresh products – just a few kilometres from the main site in Dobbiaco.

Since 1882 the dairy has belonged to the farmers who supply it.A cooperative means: whoever brings the milk has a say in what becomes of it.
