Business day in Brunico: cheese, Zinnella and conversations about work
One table, cheese cut into cubes, chilled Zinnella – and a whole morning of young people who wanted to know who we are. At the 4th business day of the vocational training centre in Brunico we introduced the Drei Zinnen Dairy.

One stand, one morning, many conversations
The business day at the vocational training centre in Brunico took place for the fourth time this year. On Thursday, 22 October 2026 companies from the area set up their stands inside the school, and the pupils were free to move from stand to stand throughout the morning. The Drei Zinnen Dairy was there.
A morning like this is about a first personal contact: the companies show what they do, and the young people ask – about work placements, apprenticeships and summer jobs.
At our stand there was cheese cut into cubes to taste and chilled Zinnella – and plenty of time for questions.
Zinnella proves itself again

That our cheese tastes good was nothing new. The strongest response that morning went to Zinnella: many had never come across the fruit and whey drink – and came back for a second cup. It is not the first time it has gone down like that.
Why we were there

Many young people know our cheeses but not the company behind them. The Drei Zinnen Dairy is a cooperative of around 120 farms in the Dolomites, and some 35,000 litres of milk are processed in Dobbiaco every day. That is best understood where you can ask straight away.
On top of that: we are looking for colleagues, and we train apprentices. Four positions are open at the moment, two of them apprenticeships:
- Production
- Production employee (cheese dairy)
- Production
- Apprentice in production (cheese dairy)
That is exactly what a morning like this is for: having a face and a name before you write an application.
What happens next
Anyone who met us in Brunico and would like to know more will find every open position – tasks, requirements and the application form – on our careers page. A speculative application is just as welcome, even when no suitable position is advertised.
And anyone who would like to see how milk becomes cheese: at Cheese World in Dobbiaco a glass walkway runs right above the production.
