Tours by request only: 60 minutes for groups of 15 or more
The fixed Tuesday and Thursday tours are paused. We still guide groups of 15 or more, in three languages and on a date of your choice: 60 minutes through Cheese World at 4.50 € per person – with a cheese tasting 90 minutes at 16.00 €.
For groups of 15 or more
We guide in German, Italian and English. A tour takes about 60 minutes, with a cheese tasting about 90 minutes. We agree the date with you.
What you will see
Around 120 farms in the Dolomites bring their hay milk to Toblach, 35,000 litres a day. On the way through the building you see what becomes of it: the open vat where the cheesemaker stirs the curd, the glass front onto the dairy and the exhibition with the Three Peaks panorama wall.

Good to know
- The coach park in front of the building is free.
- The building is barrier-free; a lift connects all levels.
- The best time to come is Tuesday to Friday between 08:00 and 13:00.
- You can explore the viewing area on your own during opening hours: 5.00 € per person, children under eight free – on Saturdays and Sundays it is free.
