The butter is back
Sweet cream butter from the churn. The ingredients list has a single word on it: cream – pasteurised, from South Tyrolean milk, with no colourings, preservatives or cultures. 82 % fat and naturally golden-yellow. It is the same butter that goes over the counter in our shop in Toblach.
You taste it best where nothing else gets in the way: on a slice of bread, with an afternoon snack, a little salt. In the pan it turns nutty; in a cake you still taste it the next day.

3 Zinnen grey cheese – shipped for the first time
Sour-milk cheese without rennet, ready after about ten days of ripening: crumbly, mildly sour and as lean as cheese gets – 0.6 g fat per 100 grams, against 30 g protein. Its character only comes with the preparation – vinegar, oil, onions and pepper – part of the local afternoon snack for generations.

How both reach you
We ship chilled – to Italy, Austria and Germany. Within Italy shipping is 8.00 € and free from 75 € per order; to Austria and Germany 15.00 €, free from 95 €. Fresh milk, cream and ricotta stay in the shop – those you will only find fresh in Toblach and in Innichen.
